Claire's Honors
My eighth grade year, I ran on the Varsity track team. I won region in the 1 mile and the 2 mile. At state, I placed second in both the 1 mile and the 2 mile. In ninth grade, I was on the Varsity Cross-Country team. I trained hard all season and won region.
Through grades sixth through eighth, I had headmaster's list. I won extra-mile award in sixth and eighth grade. In eighth grade, I had second highest academic achievement award in English and had perfect attendance. Now, that is devotion.
In eighth and ninth grade, I had the wonderful opportunity to help with Bocce Ball, which is a part of the Special Olympic program. In ninth grade, I served at Kids Against Hunger packaging food for starving people in the community and around the world.
