Track

I ran track all through middle school. I won region in the 1 mile every year for my grade. In eighth grade, I was able to run for the varsity track team. I won region in the 1 mile and the 2 mile. I also ran the 800 and I got fifth, but to qualify for state, I had to come in the top four, so I went to state in the 1 mile and the 2 mile. I had some serious competition in both runs. I came in second in the 1 mile with a time of six minutes and thirty-three seconds. When I ran the 2 mile, I came in second also with a time of fourteen minutes and eleven seconds.
